Colin Williams

I disagree greatly with your reviewer. Firstly I found the film entertaining and enjoyable. It was also believable. I don't expect a film to be perfect. This one had
much fine acting, bur especially fine cinematography. To include additional
parts, suggested by your reviewer, would have made the film "way" too long.

I haven't seen this film yet - but I won't waste my time. I was similarly disappointed by the lack of intriguing dialogue and plethora of "arty shots" and bad accents in Marie Antoinette. The point of interest is the way in which people at court mainpualted and snubbed each other and the country in a different time - not the costumes or cakes.
